Registration Fee
Online registration for the RiTA 2023 Conference will be available starting in November. Before proceeding with registration, Please read carefully the important information below and note that any payment changes or credit card cancellations may require considerable processing time, so we encourage you to plan ahead and finalize your registration with sufficient time in advance.
Registration Details:
At least one author of each accepted paper is required to pay the registration fee by Nov 10th, to ensure inclusion in the Technical Program. Accepted and presented papers can be optionally published in the “Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS)” Springer as the conference proceedings. The registration fee is per paper. If you are presenting multiple papers, you need to pay for an additional paper fee per paper. RiTA 2023 will be a hybrid conference, offering both physical attendance and virtual access options. If you are a presenter, you can attend the conference in person or virtually by paying regular or student fee, for the physical option, whilst online attendance fee if you choose the virtual option.

Payment Methods
There are three (3) payment options, namely Bank Transfer, AliPay and Credit Card.
A) Bank Transfer: The US Dollar payment is only applicable for Bank Transfer option. A proof of remittance payment is required to upload on the registration form below. All handling charges are to be paid by registrants.

C) Credit Card: Owing to the payment vendor locality, the currency of payment will be only in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). N.B. Please READ the payment guidelines for multiple paper submissions.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be made unless a written request for cancellation is received after Nov 11, 2023. All refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee prior to Nov 11. Appropriate refund will be made after the conference.
